Sexy Slim Down Part One: Upper Body

Sorry about being away, but now I am back. I was thinking about what to do with my blog, and I've got it!!! I am going to do a sexy slim down series, I will add articles to my blogs as well. I am going to start with the upper body, so check out the videos. If you do not have dumb bells, that is okay. Toning and resistance bands are great, too, but if you do not have those, try water bottles. I will be adding more later, try out the videos, they have good exercises.
