I have decided To Do My Weight Loss Regimen. Join Me!!!

I will start this coming Monday, July the 13th. Tomorrow, I will decide what to do with my weight loss regimen. Won't you join me? This would be a great way to see results. I recenty found this weight loss product called The Slim Habit. This book says that you don't have to diet. From my experience, you don't have to do a bunch of silly diets. All you have to do is drink plenty of water, exercise at least 30 minutes a day, and eat sensibly. And by that I mean, watch your portion sizes. If you watch your portion sizes and do what I say, you can easily lose 3-4 pounds a week, but don't lose weight to fast. You want to give your body a chance to change with you. And you don't have to know what not to eat. I bet you inherently know already what is good for you and what is bad for you.
